YOUseries drill

The YOUseries drill is a cordless handheld drill manufactured by Bosch.

The machine has a brussless motor and Bosch specifies a maximum "soft torque" of 9.2 Nm.

The machine body had black top and back side with a golden brown front and bottom with the logo and words "BOSCH YouSeries" printed on the side.

The machine is activated with a black variable speed trigger on the front of the handle.

On top of the body there is  a slide switch with three settings marked with icons "reverse", "screw" and "drill". The specifications mention a first and second gear; so the reverse and screw are probably first gear in both directions and the second gear for drilling at a higher RPM with less torque.

Bosch does not specify a maximum capacity for drilling but sells a drill set where the largest drill has diameter of 8 millimieter. Based on this the maximum chuck diameter is probably 9 mm.

The machine comes with a carrying case of which the color can be customized at the time of purchase by adding a colored aluminium plate. The available colors are gold, silver and black.
