GST 75 BE bow handle jig saw

The GST 75 BE is a bow handle jig saw manufactured by Bosch.

The machine is powered by a 650 watt brushed electric motor from a power outlet.

The machine can be activated with the trigger switch on the bottom side of the handle. There is also a red lock button that will keep the trigger pressed without a finger on it.

On the right side near the back there is a dial for setting the strokes per minute between 1450 and 3100.

On the right side there is also a switch with up to three orbital actions for faster cutting in wood.

The saw blade can be changed without needing any tools the chuck has to be turned while the saw blade is pulled downwards to remove it.

On the right side there is also a switch to activate a blower which will blow saw dust forward to keep the view of the saw blade clear.

For dust extraction a vacuum adapter is built into the housing allowing a vacuum to be attached directly to the back side. The saw can be fitted with a clear plastic dust cover to aid in dust extraction when a vacuum is attached. The cover has to be removed to replace the saw blade.

On power cord there is a plastic holder for a hex key. The hex key can be used tilt the base up to 45º.
