BE 500/10 keyless corded drill

The BE 500/10 is an electric corded drill manufactured by Metabo.

The drill has a green plastic body with red and black accents. For improved grip the back is covered in black rubber.

The machine is activated with a red trigger switch on the handle.

Behind the trigger switch is a red round lock on button to keep the machine turning without needing to hold down the trigger.

In front of the trigger is a switch that reverses the direction of rotation.

The front of the machine where the plain cast aluminium gearbox where a black rotatable side handle is clamped around the front.

The metal chuck is keyless and has an axle lock function to allow replacing the drill bit with one hand.

The machine has a safety clutch that will mechanically disengage the drive when too much torque is applied.

Metabo does not list this model on their English language websites for UK and USA, but it is available in other European countries.
