WEP 1500-150 RT 150mm rat tail angle grinder

The WEP 1500-150 Quick RT is a corded electric angle grinder for 150 mm discs manufactured by Metabo.

This angle grinder has a black rat tail handle (RT) with a red trigger switch on the bottom with a lock on button on the side to keep the machine running without needing to press down the trigger.

The plastic motor housing is Metabo's signature green color and a plain aluminium head.

The head has a a round black spindle lock button on top and a vibration dampening side handle can be attached on either side. Holes blow air that was sucked in from the back to cool the motor.

The disc guard can fit up to 150 mm discs and can be rotated and locked into place without any tools.

The machine has an electronic soft start feature to prevent kick back when starting the machine.

The RPM is electronically controlled meaning that the machine will increase the power output when more pressure is applied to prevent the RPM from dropping.
