JS572EK 7.2 Amp bow handle jig saw

The JS572EK is a jig saw manufactured by Bosch. It is similar to the JS572EBK but has a bow handle with a trigger switch.

The machine is powered by a 720 watt brushed electric motor from a 120 volt outlet with a permanently attached power cord.

The machine saws with a replace T-shank saw blade which can be replaced without any additional tools.

The machine features a titlable base for cuts up to 45º.

There is switch on top to activate a built in LED light for illuminating the cutting area.

The machine is activated using a variable speed strigger switch. A separate dial can be used to set the maximum speed from 800 to 3000 strokes per minute.

The machine has a built in blower for clearing saw dust. One picture on the Bosch USA website shows it attached to a vacuum but the vacuum adapter is not mentioned or listed in the included accessories.

On the side there is a switch with four orbital actions for faster cutting in wood.

The machine contains a vibration reduction mechanism using a counter balance weight.
