The GBA 12V 2.5 Ah is Lithium Ion battery pack for the 12V Max battery system manufactured by Bosch.

In North America this battery has the model name BAT415.

Availability

In 2021 The 2.5 Ah battery was not listed on Bosch UK's website but online sellers claim to have it in stock. On Amazon the 3.0 Ah battery is suggested as a newer version.

Exterior

The battery pack contains three cylindrical 18650 cells that are grouped together upright so that the battery pack can fit inside a handle of a power tool.

The battery pack has a black plastic casing with recessed electrical contacts on top. On the bottom is a black plastic cap with latches on both side to retain the battery when inserted in a tool. On the front of the cap the Bosch logo is printed. On the bottom the text "12V 2.5 Ah Li-Ion" is printed.

When sold in North America the Bosch logo is smaller and the voltage and capacity are printed underneath it on the front instead of the bottom.
