The PS31 is a cordless drill manufactured by Bosch as part of the Bosch Professional product line.

The PS31N is a model that is only sold in North America (USA/Canada) because Bosch uses different model numbers there than in the rest of the world.

Regional differences

Since this is a cordless tool the 12V Max battery system is the same globally, only when the tool is sold in a kit with a charger will the charger have a different plug based on the region.

On Bosch USA the maximum RPM in the low gear is specified as 350 while for the GSR 12V-15 it is 400.
