TW0200 1/2" square drive impact wrench

The TW0200 is a corded electric impact wrench with half inch square drive manufactured by Makita.

The machine is powered by a 380 watt brushed electric motor.

Exterior

The machine has cylindrical "Makita teal" colored motor housing.

On the sides are black round covers that can be opened to replace the motor brushes.

Towards the front is an aluminium gear housing that contains the mechanism that provides the impacts. At the front where there is a black plastic front with a square drive.

The picture shows the machine with an included 24 mm socket attached.

The handle is placed in the middle underneath the machine for better balance and has a black rubberized back side.

On the bottom of the handle a detachable metal belt clip.

Operation

The machine is activated with a black trigger switch on the front of the handle. Above the trigger is a push button to reverse the direction of rotation on each side of the body.
