Metabo HTP
Metabo HTP is a brand name used for power tools that was introduced in the United States in 2018. It has the slogan "Durability first". The letters HTP stand for "Hitachi Power Tools".
Before 2018 the same tools were sold under the Hitachi brand. In Europe and other parts of the world Hitachi tools became Hikoki but in the Unites States it became Metabo HTP. The tools are different from the German Metabo brand that is also sold in the USA.
Like The Hikoki tools, metabo HTP tools have a black and green exterior and have arange of pneumatic and electric corded and cordless tools.
For cordless tools Metabo HTP has a 18 - 36 multivolt battery system where the same battery can be used to deliver both voltages.
