PDSLG 20 A1 dual battery charger

The PDSLG 20 A1 is a dual battery charger for X20V batteries distributed under the Parkside brand.

The user manual states that batteries of different capacities can be charged at the same time. Unlike some other dual charger that use sequential charging this charger does appear to charge both batteries at the same time but it is unclear if two batteries will be charged slower than one battery.

Exterior

The charger has an a black plastic housing with a roughly rectangular outline with a lot of ribs and angular surfaces and ventilation slits on all sides.

A black power cord is permanently attached on the back side.

On the top there is a receptacle on the left and right side where an X20V battery can be placed upside down sliding it in from behind.

In between the battery receptacles there are charging indicators consisting out of vertical row of three green LEDs for each battery.

On the bottom there are some ventilation slits and two mounting points for screws so that the charger can be wall mounted.
