P117 18V battery charger

The P137 is a dual chemistry 18 volt battery charger manufacured for Ryobi.

Dual chemistry means that besides the modern Lithium Ion batteries it can also charge older NiCad batteries. Ryobi's NiCad batteries are similar shape as the Lithium Ion ones but have an orange top and black body.

The charger has a green plastic body with a black bottom. One 18 volt battery can be placed on top of the charger upside down. The battery has to be inserted from the the top.

On left, right and top side there are ventilation slots to keep to help dissipate heat generated while charging the batteries.

On the left side there are three LEDs to indicate the charing status.

The corners are rounded with cable guides allowing the cable that comes out from the back to be wrapped around the charger.
