18V ONE+ HP is an 18 volt battery system used by Ryobi. There are over 175 tools that can use this type of battery.

Unlike most other battery systems, Ryobi's system is compatible with multiple chemistries. All modern battery packs contain Lithium Ion cells. But older 18 volt NiMH and NiCad battery packs fit in the same machines and there is a battery charger that can charge them all.

Ryobi no longer lists other batteries than Lithium Ion on their website. But does still list chagers that can charge the old batteries.
