BSL1815X 18V 1.5 Ah battery

The BSL1815X is a 18 volt battery pack with a capacity of 1.5 Ah for the Metabo HTP multivolt battery system. Metabo HTP also refers to it as model 333353M and 330139 for the old discontinued version with the Hitachi brand name on it.

Although it works within the 18/36 multivolt system this battery only contains five cells, it is significantly lighter than the 18/36 volt batteries but only works in 18 volt tools.

Exterior

The battery pack has a black plastic rounded rectangular housing with recessed electrical contacts on top.

On the sides along the top there are gray plastic latches which have to be pushed while the battery is pulled forward to release it from the machine.
