PSSA 20-Li A1 recipro saw

The PSBSA 20-Li A1 is a cordless reciprocating saw distributed under the Parkside brand.

The machine has a brushed electric motor that is powered by X20V Team battery.

The weight of the machine was not found on the distributor's website or the user manual.

Availability

In February 2023 the machine was listed on the German distributor's website but had no price information.

It is here marked as discontinued because it is not found for sale anywhere online and newer machines with similar specifications seem to have succeeded it.

Exterior

The machine has a dark green plastic housing with black rubberized parts. There is a D-shaped handle behind the motor housing. A X20V battery slides in from the front underneath the handle.

The body has a very bumpy exterior with thick black rubber bulges all over giving it a very rugged appearance.

The machine is activated by pressing the red trigger switch while trigger lock is disabled by the push button.

Near the front of the machine is a red lever on the left side of the bottom to allow adjustment of the footplate.

The machine has a quick release chuck from which the saw blade can be released by twisting the collar.
